"my belt"

I have many books of this kind filled with jibberish, scribble, short stories and drawings........ just letting words flow through pen and on to what ever is laying around. I find blogging a little out of reach at the moment, not nearly as convienient as a small pad....but, it does create an opportunity or forum to exhibit what I would normally keep under lock and key..........I guess as this is almost a faceless forum in some recpects I am not worried about anyone reading these selected pieces.

I like stuff that makes me laugh
I am pretty sure this is one of those urban myths, but it is pretty funny none the less!!

Russian Space Pen

Writes at zero gravity
Works upside down
Writes on almost any surface
Works in extreme temperatures

When NASA first started sending astronauts into space, they realised that the ballpoint pen would not work at zero gravity. A million dollar investment and two years of tests resulted in a pen that could write in space, upside down, on almost any surface and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 degrees.
